Dynamic
Controls, Inc. has designed and fabricated the controllers for the
Ingenium Aerospace EMA flight control actuators used on both White Knight II and
Space Ship II. The
controllers receive electrical commands from the pilots and drive the
brushless DC motors incorporated in the flight control actuators.
The controllers incorporate monitoring of the sensors and internal
electronics and initiate fault declarations and shutdowns as appropriate
if control malfunctions occur.
